Courier Collection Policy

Website Notice (Courier Collection Policy):

When a courier is arranged by the customer to collect from Fabulous Party Shop, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer and their chosen courier once the items leave our premises.

All items are handed over in good condition as checked at the time of collection. From that point onward, we are not responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage that may occur during transport.

Please note the following requirements for courier collections:

• The courier must arrive with a suitable box or packaging for safe transport.
• Items must be properly packed and secured by the courier or client.
• Fragile items must be clearly marked and handled accordingly.
• We do not supply, choose, or provide courier packaging for third-party collections
• We do not re-pack items for couriers once they arrive.

By arranging your own courier, you accept full responsibility for ensuring the goods are safely packed and transported from our store to the final destination.
