No Refunds & Staff Conduct Policy

Our staff are properly trained to assist all clients in a professional and respectful manner.

Bullying, intimidation, or abusive behaviour towards any staff member will not be accepted under any circumstances. Staff members are not authorised to change company policies, and requesting to speak to the owner will not change our policy.

We do not offer refunds once goods have been purchased, hired, collected, or delivered as per the agreed order. Once you have signed for your items, you confirm that everything is correct and in good condition, and no claims or refunds will be accepted thereafter.
