Delivery Terms and Conditions

When booking and paying for hired furniture:
A copy of your ID is required before delivery to your premises.

The person receiving the items must sign to confirm that all items are in good condition before the driver leaves.

We reserve the right to take a photo of the person signing as proof of delivery.

A refundable deposit of R1000 or R2000 for delivered items (depending on the quantity of items hired) is payable. This deposit covers any loss, breakages, or damages. If the value of damaged or missing items exceeds the deposit, the client will be liable for the full replacement cost.

Important Terms:
No exchanges will be considered. Items booked and paid for in-store are exactly what will be delivered as agreed upon. No changes will be allowed.

No refunds will be given after the event for claims of non-use of items.

In the case of cancellations (including illness or death in the family), no refunds will be issued.
All payments made in-store are final.

Clients may not refuse or delay access for collection. All hired items remain the property of Fabulous Party, and arrangements must be honoured to allow collection at the agreed time.

Delivery & Confirmation Terms:
Once delivery has been completed and the items have been signed for as received in good condition, no claims of breakages or missing items will be accepted thereafter.

By signing for delivery, the client confirms acceptance of the items, and disputes regarding alleged damages after signing will not be considered.

Signatures provided on delivery are deemed valid and binding. Claims that a signature is not genuine or was not provided will not be accepted.

If a third party (friend, family member, or representative) is sent to book or receive items on behalf of the client, Fabulous Party will not be held responsible for internal arrangements between the client and their representative. Delivery confirmation to the receiving person is deemed final acceptance of goods.

By signing and paying for the hiring costs, you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
