Custom Setups, Pricing & In-Store Experience
At Fabulous Party, we understand that every customer has a different budget, especially for items such as balloon arches, décor setups, tables, and chairs.

We encourage our customers to share their budget with us so that we can recommend the best possible options within that range. Please be assured that sharing your budget does not result in higher pricing — our goal is to work honestly within your budget to create something beautiful and suitable.

In many cases, clients may request a basic setup, such as a 2-meter balloon arch. However, when our team installs, we often add extra balloons and finishing touches to ensure the final setup looks full, professional, and visually stunning. This is part of our commitment to maintaining our high standards and protecting our brand image built over 21 years.

For this reason, once additional value has been added to enhance your setup, it is not possible to request further reductions such as discounts, free delivery, or fuel adjustments afterward. We believe in fairness to both our customers and our business — delivering more than what was originally paid for is part of our service, but it must remain balanced.

We are also happy to review written quotes from other companies. Where possible, we will strive to match or beat the quote while still maintaining our quality and value, because we genuinely want to earn your business.

We highly recommend visiting our store so we can explain options clearly and assist you in person. Please note that our store is often busy assisting multiple customers at once. We kindly ask for your patience during busy periods — feel free to browse our wide range of products while waiting, as there is plenty to see and explore.

When booking furniture for hire, please note that we require a copy of your ID, your full address, and a location pin of your address for verification purposes.

Please also note that before any furniture leaves the store, we will take a video of all items being hired, as well as record the vehicle registration number used to load and transport the items.

Quote Fee Policy

Providing detailed quotes with photos takes a lot of time and effort, as we handle hundreds of messages daily. To ensure our time is valued, we now charge a quote fee for sending images and detailed pricing. If you’d like us to compile and send everything to you, the quote fee must be paid upfront.R100

Alternatively, you’re welcome to send your runner to visit our store and select items in person.

All items that are specially prepared, ordered, or paid for on your behalf — especially for themes that are not readily available in-store — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We do not take responsibility for any misunderstandings due to assumptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm and clarify all details before leaving the store or finalizing the order.

Once items are prepared according to your request, they are considered final sale.

At Fabulous Party, we are committed to providing efficient, professional service while maintaining a respectful environment for both our customers and staff.

All customer queries, orders, and concerns are handled directly by our in-store team.
Our staff are fully trained and authorised to assist with all matters relating to products and services.
We do not offer continuous quoting, pricing, or product discussions via phone or messaging while assisting in-store customers.
🚫 2. Conduct & Behaviour
Staff will not engage in arguments, disputes, or confrontational discussions under any circumstances.
Any form of abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not adhere to respectful communication.
📞 3. Contact Policy
All communication is handled through our store team only.
There is no direct escalation to owners.
Management and staff on duty are fully authorised to handle all customer matters.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA):
We are not permitted to share any personal contact details of owners, management, or staff.
This includes cell phone numbers, private email addresses, or any personal information.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect the privacy and safety of all individuals.

All customized or themed items are prepared strictly according to the client’s request and approval.
It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all details clearly before production.
We do not take responsibility for assumptions or misunderstandings that were not clarified beforehand.
💸 6. Refunds, Exchanges & Finality
Once items are paid for, the order is deemed final.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on customized or specially prepared items.
Items are considered accepted and final once payment is received, including after photo approval.

At Fabulous Party, we take pride in preparing and planning for your special events with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our business and the resources reserved for each booking, the following No Refund Policy applies:

All party bookings are final and non-refundable once payment is made.

This includes, but is not limited to, balloon arches, party décor, catering,table decor, setup services, and custom orders.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes made by the customer.

In the event of a postponement, we will do our best to reschedule your event, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, your payment will be forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to deliver exceptional service for all celebrations.
