Helium Balloon Policy

Helium balloons generally float for approximately 2–3 days, depending on weather conditions such as heat, cold, and air pressure. These factors are beyond our control.

At our store, we test our helium balloons, and they can last up to a week under ideal indoor conditions. However, once the balloons leave our premises, we cannot control how they are handled, stored, or exposed to environmental conditions.

Please note the following:
Exposure to heat, sunlight, wind, or cold air can significantly reduce float time.

Transport, handling, and storage after purchase are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not guarantee float duration once the balloons leave the store.

No refunds or replacements will be given for balloons that deflate after leaving the premises.
Should your balloons deflate, you are welcome to return for a refill at an additional cost.
